Shipping Policy
QUIRASS offers free domestic shipping within Indonesia on all orders above IDR 700,000.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipment.
For domestic orders, shipments are handled by JNE and J&T. Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
For international orders, shipments are handled by DHL. Delivery may take approximately 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

U.S. Customers – Import Duties and Tariffs
QUIRASS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays that may occur during the import process. Import regulations vary and are handled by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return conditions carefully:
Orders within Indonesia
Customers within Indonesia have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders Outside Indonesia
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Indonesia. This policy reflects the high costs of international return shipping and the complexity of customs procedures.
